WE DESIGNED MOTORS Features and Advantages

1. Thickness and Weight: The thickness and weight of the motor housing and end covers are 10-15% heavier than those of similar products of the same specification. This results in excellent robustness, safety, corrosion resistance, and durability.

2. Terminal Box Space: The space of the terminal box is 15-20% larger than that of similar products, providing ample operational space. It allows for the flexible installation of devices such as PTCs and braking ballasts. Additionally, the terminal box can rotate 360°around the plane of the terminal box base and supports cable entry from three directions. The terminal box cover can be cast with a logo as per customer requirements.

3. Drainage Holes: The Western electric motor housing can be pre-fitted with drainage holes in three directions at both ends, ensuring safety in environments with high humidity and significant temperature variations.

4. Eye Bolts: The housing features eye bolts holes on three sides, enabling safe lifting without the need to flip the motor.

5. Mounting Holes: There are four mounting holes on each side of the housing, greatly accommodating the installation and use of fan-type products.

6. Rear Cover Support: The rear cover of the motor can better support the installation of cast iron end covers, meeting customer requirements for motor strength. The end covers can have multiple mounting holes, allowing users to install brakes and encoders under special conditions.

7. Framework Oil Seal: The housing supports the internal placement of a framework oil seal, preventing direct contact with the external environment and extending the motor’s service life. The framework oil seal position and the bearing chamber are machined in one step, ensuring good concentricity of the motor. The minimum protection rating of the 1AI housing is IP55.

8. Bearing Chamber Alloy Sleeve: The bearing chamber inside the end cover features an alloy sleeve process, enhancing the strength of the bearing chamber.
